Ordering Information:

Upon placing your order with PICSADI Best Scented Soy Candles you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. After your Soy Candles are shipped, arrival time will vary. If an order is placed for a Soy Candle product with an error in the price, we reserve the right to cancel the order or the Soy Candle product that has the pricing error. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
We have always been an Highly Scented Soy Candle internet-based business. We try to keep high quality Soy Candle products in stock at low prices—along with maintaining outstanding service. Most orders are shipping next day and sometimes even the same day. We do this by utilizing software that automates our processes and reduces errors. By you entering your name, address, phone, items that you desire, etc….it greatly reduces our clerical burden so we can concentrate on other tasks. Therefore, we avoid telephone orders if at all possible. Once you have placed your order, it cannot be changed….99.9% of our errors has always been due to a change on the order that was misunderstood. Additions will be treated as a new order.

Custom Soy Candle Orders ( soy candles) Soy Tarts

Because our Strong Scented Soy Candles and Strong scented soy tarts, and melts  that we produce are custom-made, we must receive a financial commitment before we can begin work on your order. We will accept a mailed personal or organizational check, money orders, made out to Picsadi credit/debit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) We do not ship C.O.D. Failure to pay for your Scented Soy Candles in a timely manner may push back the delivery date of your order or necessitate rush charges to meet your delivery date.

Picsadi Soy Candles is not responsible for any delay in order delivery or any rush charges incurred due to a delay in receiving payment.

Payment Information:
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders and Checks. We do not ship orders COD; We do not offer credit terms or Net 30 credit accounts.

We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards, errors in credit card numbers or waiting for PayPal  or checks to clear. If your credit card is declined we will email you as soon as possible regarding the problem. Please contact us with new payment information or place a replacement order. Paypal orders will ship once payment clears Paypal. Even though payment has been made from your account through Paypal, they do not release the payment to us until it has been cleared by your bank. Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. We cannot modify the order amount, discounts or shipping once you have submitted your order. If you have any concerns please contact us prior to placing your order.

If paying with an eCheck through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared, which can sometimes take 4-5 business days. If you want your order to be shipped ASAP, please remit funds via credit card, instant transfer, or from your PayPal balance.

All checks are verified through Check Pro, $30.00 minimum service charge will be added to all returned checks. This establishment will seek civil damages pursuant to Georgia Code  upon dishonor of any check.

Soy Candle Orders that have been processed can not be changed or cancelled. Any cancellation of an order that has already been shipped or returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. All refunds will be issued as an in store credit for returns.

Picsadi Highly Scented Soy Candles Coupon Policy:

From time to time we issue promotional discount coupon codes for our Best Scented Soy Candles we sell on our website. We do so either via our internal email list or by listing on our website.
The coupon codes we issue and authorize are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Unless otherwise noted on the coupon, all coupon codes are issued without a minimum spend limit.
All coupon codes include an expiration date. We do not issue open ended coupon codes. The expiration time is at 12:01 am eastern time on the date the coupon expires. If for example the coupon is set to expire on 12/31, at 12:01am eastern time on 12/31 the coupon will become invalid.
We always exclude coupon usage on the following items: Gift Cards, Special Order items, Close-Out Items and Shipping. For coupons that have a minimum spend requirement, purchase of these coupon exempt items are not used in the calculation of the total purchase amount for other qualifying items in the same order.
The coupon code must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout on the payment page. Failure to do so does not entitle the customer to a refund of the coupon discount amount after the sale. We cannot retro-actively apply coupon discounts for orders already placed. *Please Note – The discount amount will be shown in red above your subtotal before you submit your order. If you do not see the discount amount, please email us before placing your order.
All coupon codes we issue are non-negotiable.
Unless specifically noted on the coupon, coupons are valid for one use per customer.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon used was unauthorized, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way.
Retail discount coupons may not be used on orders which have already been discounted (e.g. wholesale orders or discounted items that were added to your shopping cart during a different promotion and never purchased).
The coupon codes we issue may only be used for online purchases made on this website.

Total Delivery Time for Your Soy Candle Order:

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is made up of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for our Strong Scented Soy Candles is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Some of our Strong Scented Soy Candles are shipped directly from our store and the processing time on these items is usually 24 business hours or less. Other Soy Candles are shipped from various manufacturer’s warehouses throughout the USA, and the processing time on these Soy Candles is usually 72 business hours or less. When you place your Highly Scented Soy Candle order, your Candles will receive an order confirmation email if you enter your correct email address. An exception to the usual processing time is during the busy Christmas season. Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas may take a day or two longer depending on order volume.
Shipping Time is from the time the Scented Soy Candles leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Items shipping from our store ship by either USPS First Class or Priority depending on the weight of the package. First Class usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Priority usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Items shipped from most of our manufacturer’s warehouses usually ship by UPS or Fed/Ex ground. The normal shipping time on these items is usually 2 to 5 busines days.

Cancelling, Refusing or Returning Orders

You will be charged a 20% restocking charge if you cancel an order once it has been packed or processed, even if the carrier has not picked up the shipment yet. If you refuse a shipment, or if your order is returned to us as un-deliverable for any reason (other than our error) you will be billed the 20% restocking charge, plus the shipping charges. See “Returns” below for more info.

When Your Soy Candles Should Arrive:

After we update your order, we will email your tracking number. Please check your email for the tracking number before contacting us for your order status. You can then add the appropriate carrier shipping time to the processing time to determine the estimated time of arrival. Sometimes orders are shipped from different locations. If that is the case each item will have a processing time and method of shipping listed next to the item on your updated order. Any of our fragrances with a flashpoint under 200 degrees will need to be shipped ground, as they cannot be shipped by air. As a general rule of thumb, you will receive most orders within 3 to 7 business days by standard ground shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Please Note: We cannot control weather-related shipping delays. Business Days are M-F. Weekends do not count as business days. Please do not miss your delivery. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders: You the customer are responsible for the original shipping charge, as well as the return shipping charge on packages that are refused or undeliverable for any reason.

Shipping Rates Within Continental USA:

Shipping and Handling Rates Our shipping and handling rates are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
All orders shipped are insured, with signature required on larger orders. All packages leave our warehouse in good condition. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. When you receive your order, please check the package for damage such as melting or breakage. If there is damage notify the carrier immediately and get a claim number. Please contact us with the claim number and we will have the package picked up and ship out a replacement package. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping, you will receive a replacement order.

*Please note that our shopping cart only figures shipping for orders being shipped within the United States.

If for some reason you need your shipping address changed after your order has been shipped or you contact UPS or Fedex to deliver your package to any address other than the shipping address provided on your order, your credit card will be charged an $11.00 address change fee that we incur from Fedex and UPS.

Busy Season:

Our busy season usually runs from November through January. During this time, orders may take longer to process and ship. Please allow extra time during the busy season to receive your order. We cannot hold orders for out of stock items during busy season.

Back Order Information:

We mark items out of stock as they become unavailable. Due to some customers leaving items in their shopping carts for extended periods of time, sometimes an item will become unavailable and the item may not have been updated. If an order is placed for a product which is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order as soon as we can, and when the back order items become available we will ship those out to you with no additional shipping charge.

Privacy Policy:

You are guaranteed that your name, address and email are protected. We do not share this information with other companies and information is kept strictly confidential. When you place an order with us, you are automatically added to our newsletter for updates and coupon discount notices, which you can unsubscribe from at any time if you wish. Otherwise your email is only used by us for order confirmation and contact purposes.

Return policy:

We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. Please contact us for a return authorization number.
If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased at Picsdai for whatever reason
 – call or e-mail us within 72 hours.
 We will either replace items, provide you with a credit towards your next order, or refund your money — your choice.
 (excluding shipping charges) We guarantee everything we sell. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

This policy is for your own benefit and protection and so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can rest assured that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources.

All items that are returnable must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Products that are returned must be in original packaging and unused. We will not issue a refund on products that have been used or partially used.

Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover any re-packaging costs, credit card fees and labor incurred. In store credit will be issued, unless the shipment was our error. Unless there was an error on our part you are responsible for the shipping (both directions) on the returned items.

Liability Disclaimer:

Candles and candle burning is a responsibility, please be smart, burn wisely!
Picsadi is NOT responsible for damage or injury due to lack of care and attention when burning our candles. All responsibility is yours!
Picsadi shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Picsadi.
 In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product.
Your purchase from Picsadi signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.

We sell sample sizes of products so you can test the products to see if they are suitable for your use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by our company. Under no circumstance will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products or the delivery time of products.

While we test our products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. Should you not have the same opinion of a scent throw please keep in mind that we cannot test in each and every wax. Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences or from our testers. All of our products are used in our own candle line and have only been tested with our own products. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

paraffin wax with their soy wax. All of our wicks are made from 100% cotton wicks, and they
contain NO lead. Each of our fragrances are specially blended for our use in soy wax to
